 HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT 

  1. Go to Support Page
  2. Click on one of the support option Buttons
    • Email - one incident
    • Coaching - one month
    • Telephone - one session
    • Remote access - one session
  3. You will then be directed to a payment page where payment can be made with credit card (paypal)
  4. After payment you will be directed to a form where you will complete your question or telephone or remote support times, depending on your support request
  5. You will receive a response within 24 hours
  6. You can change your password by clicking on Support/change password
  7. You can retrieve the Email Support/Telephone/Remote pages by clicking on the desired tab and entering your email address and password; your password will expire according to the type of service requested.
