Directing You on a safe course towards your personal goals!

Most small business owners do not have the benefit of a board of directors which clarify strategies and decisions; quite ofter the small business owner has relied on friends and relatives for advice; sometimes they are comfortable asking their Accountant, Lawyer and Banker, but not always. If you believe you need an independent point of view, a fresh perpective on the financial situation, pending decision, or help in cleaning up a financial nightmare, etc, then perhaps I can help you.

In the capacity as a Business Coach and Consultant, I can help you understand your financial statements better; discuss the potential cost saving areas including taxes (CDN); review areas for improvement in your bookkeeping system; even help clean up a bookkeeping mess, etc. assist in dealing with Revenue Canada who might be on your back. I can work with your Accountant, Lawyer and Banker, as necessary, in making your business run more smoothly

The Delivery Method for support can be by email; telephone and remote computer access; in some cases, attendance at your office for a day or week can be arranged.
